This is a blog used to update and inform people about a journey that three friends are taking from Pennsylvania to San Francisco and back again. Our names are Aaron, Andrew and Joel.
Tomorrow we will say goodbye to the golden state. Aaron is staying while Joel and I head on home due to lack of financial stability. We broke. But we had a blast and saw things that can't be unseen. Here's some pictures, I've grown tired of typing and updating. Go make your own memories and stop looking at ours.
Well we left Denver a on the 24th and we are now in San Francisco! Sorry about the lack of pictures from Denver and for California. We've been very busy and don't have a consistent home base so getting on the computer is quite the chore! We aren't sure our plans are but we might be here for three weeks or leaving in 4 days. We have no clue. But what we do know is that whatever happens, it will be an adventure and in some ways challenging. I'll post pictures when I can.
So it's Wednesday and we've been in Denver almost a week. It's been a total blast and we are enjoying ourselves immensely. We're staying with four very nice ladies who are taking very good care of us. We've played music downtown, went to Boulder to hike around the rockies, lost one bike and wrecked another, busted out our jorts and have eaten probably three dozen eggs. I wrote one song and am working on another and made album art for it so I'm pretty excited about that. Here are some pictures and there will probably be more to come!

One of the greatest host ever. Sorry about your bike.
After three days of tacos, pizza, Settlers of Catan and movies,we said goodbye to Casey, who is wonderful host and an even better friend. But before we parted ways, we hung out with him in Omaha. Omaha is an incredibly nice city and we were all thoroughly with it. We went into the Saddle Creek Records record store, owned by one of my favorite song-writers, and I spent far too much money on records, which made my whole week just that much better. We're now waiting for a bus at a truck stop motel. We have at least a four hour wait until our bus comes to take us to Denver. Good thing I have four new albums and the internet. Listen to this song while browsing pictures (written by Conor Oberst's old band, Los Desaparecidos). Note the reference in the song to Kum-and-Go, which is a mid-west gas station chain.
